I have decided as part of a overall healthier lifestyle that fasting once a month from going to bed the night before to waking up the day after a period of around 36 hours is a good start and something i would like to explore on a spiritual level as well as a physical one.
For the first few times i have decided to allow myself to drink green tea and i will see how that goes i may drop to only water after that.
I have also decided that switching back to a pescatarian diet is a good step to take and i will begin this after my first fast tomorrow.
Exercise is also on the agenda with a return to running shortly to follow at the fabulous Vernon park.
I have the best of reasons to be as healthy as possible for as long as i can
