right i have been so busy of late i have been negleting you SORRY
Life is great but manic right now lots of going to the gym , working and sleeping not much else.
I am really enjoying the gym and feeling all healthy and i wish i could go everyday but i would simply tire myself out.
I had a lovly evening with
adam_supernal recently we drank lots of wine and chatted lots it was ace and he has joined my gym FOR THE WIN
***Edit**** i did not make it to the gym as when i was getting ready my shoulder when clicky poppy and now hurts rather a lot so i decided to give it a break and go tomorrow :-(
right must go get dressed and to the gym
