Yesterday i picked up my AMAZING orange Evo4 up for leisure lakes it has now got a new rear mech, cassette, front chainring and chain

Along witha  full cable change , strip down to frame service it now feels AWESOME thank you so so so much woodlandfae you are simply  most awesome and wonderful

Soon it will be warmer and then Satudays will be my day out riding nad then once my cardio is back i will be riding to work 2 or 3 days a week and going to the gym ^_^

FITNESS is the word of the moment

Healthy eating is go

And financial stabilty is definantly getting a more relaistic goal YAYS

so life is good and happy and i am looking forward to warmer days for much riding fun and already i am scouting out areas and looking for geocaches near me YAYS

I am looking forward to getting rid of the small tummy i seemed to have gained???? looks around for tummy giving NINJA's

I am completley and utterly in love with Em she is a most amazing and loving and kind and all round wonderful lady.

So dear reader life is GREAT and HAPPY i am still looking for a new job but i am content to let that happen and not force anything
