A grilled sausage and tomato wrap (350 k calories) with coffee, and then the gym and a protein shake

working on my upper body and arms today and the cardio tomorrow when i ride to work and back

*edit* and lunch after the gym was a tuna nicoise saled from waitrose with only 250 kc in YAY

And i spent about one and half hours working on my abs / core and upper body and arms then swam for half an hour

eeek i just slipped and ate some freind chicken it was from my fave place and i have monstered the gym today so not so bad
