So the fittening continues

So i ache from the gym a lot yesterday and i intend to go to work on my bike today as the cardio part of my training.

For breakfast i am eating a cheese and ham toasted wrap and maybe a choc doughnut with my coffee

I am feeling pretty dam tired but happy

I am trying to eat less in general and eat better when i do

for snacks i am moving to fruit and nuts
