I have recently been feeling overly tired and meh i put this down to adjusting to the new shifts
So today i am forcing myself to be up early and get my gym thing on
life is otherwise good here in the twilight realm, sad sometimes but mostly good.
I have already bashed out ten pages of the book and have mostly completed the outline for the rest of it and the list of thinng i would like it to say.
Right time for coffee and breakfast and then to the gym
